Geneomics offered a rapid turnaround service for analysis of the datasets that were generated by our laboratory. Use of the AWS platform to upload the raw RNA-Seq data, as well as the specific data format requirements required for subsequent bioinformatics analysis were clearly and explicitly communicated to expedite the analysis. For more challenging data analysis problems, excellent customer service was provided by local contacts, and teleconference meetings were promptly arranged to further discuss our needs. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the analytical service provided by the bioinformatics team at Geneomics.
